The wages of competent electrical fitters have been. fixed at Is. 6d per hour,. and the minimum rate of wages for electrical' men is to be Is 4d per hour. For tl*e<, forst year- assistants are; to receive 7s per week, 12s per week for the second year, andv2Qs per week for the third year.
