MANSLAUGHTER.

The jury found Henry Prince guilty of manslaughter of Sullivan, with & strong recommendation to mercy on the ground of h^.previous good character. Prince ' was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. IPrince, a well-known business man in Newtown, shot Sullivan, who was a stockbroker, dead in his shop. Prince had assigned his estate, and the victim waa engaged in making an inventory. It was believed Prince was insane at the time.]
