The discussion elicited from Mr T, Russell a statement that tbe question must be dealt with by Irishmen on their own soil and in their own way.
Mr iA. Birrell, Chief Secretary for Ireland, personally hoped that Irishmen would soon obtain Home Rule. Tho only solution would be a very liberal measure bf Home Rule.
