DUNEDIN, Maroh 26. The Otago Lan<j' Board gave its de-, ' cision to-day in ' the oase of W. ■C. Pitches, who had been called upon to show cause- why his. lease over a _ small grassing run in /the Tiger Hill districia should not be forfeited for non-fulfil- ' mept of conditions. The .Board decided that Pitches must forfeit the lease, and 'that the section should be again offered fpr, selection burdened with 1 valuation for improvements' in favour of Official Assignee as representing Pitches' creditors. ••
