( TENDERS. NEW PLYMOUTH GAS COMPANY, LIMITED. * CLASS No. 2. TOTAL AUTHORISED ISSUE OF DEBENTURES, £12,000. FIRST ISSUE OF £3008. THE Directors of the above Company invite applications for the purchase of 60 Debentures of £50 each. The Debentures have a currency of four years, computed from January Ist, 1908, and bear interest at the rate of £5 per centum per annum (free of income tax), payable half-yearly on the Ist day of January and Ist day of July in each year during the currency of the loan. No application will be accepted -for Debentures a^ less than par value. Other things being equal, local applications will receive preference. Tenders must be made on forms supplied at the Company's office, and delivered not later than noon on MONDAY, the 23rd day of December, 1907, addressed to the Chairman of the New Plymouth Gas Company, Limited, and endorsed "Tender for Debentures." N.B. — All Debentures issued under Class No. 2 are made subject to a previous issue of 240 Debentures of £50 each, which takes priority to present series.
