— ♦ £1000 DAMAGES AWARDED. NEW TRIAL ASKED FOR. t * Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, December 4. The case of Harrison against the London Dental Company, in which £2000 was claimod for injury received in connection with tooth-drawing, wa3 concluded to-day, the jury finding a verdict in favour of plaintiff for £1000. The verdict carries costs considerably over | £100. Mr Adams, counsel for defendants, Messrs Moses and Pittar, intimated that ho woud move for a new trial, on the ground that the verdict was against the weight of evidence. [It is alleged that a tooth or portion of a tooth drawn by one. of the defendants lodged in plaintiff's lung.]
