Reuter reports thg^he operation of the Bank of France cabled this morning is a repetition of last year's action, namely" the purchasing of Kills in tho London market for £3,000,000 worth of -sovereigns and golden eagles. The Times says another million will be added, and the German Reichsbank is sending a million.
