Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, October 11. Mr J. A. McCullbugh has so far received no reply from the Government' to his letter in response 1 to the second communication, from the Minister. Ho informed a reporter to-night that, until he received that reply, hedid not think he would address any public meeting on ihe .question of the restriction of the political rights of Civil servants. He expected, however, to receive a Teply next day.
