TRADE WITH BRITAIN.
(Telegraphed by our Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, July 25.
In* the House of Representatives today, Mr Lewis asked the Premier whether he will this session afford the Extension of Commerce Committee or a <x>mmittee specially appointed for the purpose an opportunity of inquiring into this colony's trade relations with British and foreign countrke, especially with reference to British akd foreign methods of securing trade, and the reasons why New Zealand is obliged to obtain from foreign countries goods which British countries could supply ? The idea is that the report of the committee, together with the evidence, should be sent to the British Board of Trade.
Nothing is quite so good in bronchitis < and chronic cough as tttearns' Wine. Its delicious taste makes its regular use a pleasure, and it acts as a matchless tonic and body-builder. 1
