DAIRYING IN THE NORTH.

WHANGAREI, July 24.

At a largely-attended meeting at Whangarei this afternoon, attended by representatives from most of the outlying districts, it was decided to form a company to be styled the Whangarei Cooperative Dairy Factory Company, Limited, with a nominal capital of £5000 in £1 shares. Five hundred shares were taken up at the meeting.
