KING Has received instructions from the Registrar of tho Supreme Court at New Plymouth to sell by Public Auction at his Mart, New Plymouth, on SATURDAY, the Tenth day of August, 1907, at 2.30 p.m., THE UNEXPIRED TERM of Fiftysix (56) years from the Ist July,, 1883, granted by a Lease made between Wetere Te'Rerenga and others of the one part and Joshua Jones of the other part, in that piece of land situated in the County of Clifton, containing by estimation Twenty-seven Thousand Five Hundred (27,500) acres more or less, and being portion of the land known as MokauMohakatino No. 1 F Block, subject to certain under-leases of portions thereof. And also, THE UNEXPIRED TERM of Fiftysix (56) years granted by two several Deeds of Lease respectively made between Ngara Pano of the one part - and the said Joshua Jones of the other part, and between* Huia Te Rira and others of the one parl} and the said Joshua Jones of the other J part, in that piece of land in the County aforesaid, containing by estimation Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-nine (2969) acres more or less, and known as Mokau-Mohakatino No. 1 G Block.
