THE ASSOCIATION GAME.
The final for the Julian Cup is to be played off in the course of a few weeks. To keep the New Plymouth players in practice Inglewood will give them a friendly game on Thursday. The local club has secured the services' of Patterson, a Home player, and Saunders has again donned the colours owing to the injury of Coates (the right full back). The following will represent New Plymouth on Thursday: — Byrne. Saunders, Woodley, Hartley, Colbeck, Lister, Kay, Silverto», Elliott, Newton, Patterson. Emergencies: Bullot, Southam. Kick-off at 2,30.
