MURDER OF A MOTHER-IN-LAW.

Dr. Haw, an American lawyer, has been sentenced to death at Karlsruhe for sliootirig His mother-in-law at Baden last November. He is alleged to have committed the crime in order to obtain her fortune* He telephoned to her asking her to meet him, and took the opportunity to shoot her. , Haw haE appealed. While the prisoner was awaiting trial, his wife committed suicide by drowning herself in the Lake of Zurich.
