BERLIN, July 22.
While coaling at Bremer Haven, the Kaiser Wilhelm 11., through being improperly trimmed, careened and lay on her side on the bottom. There are hundreds of tons of water in the bunkers and boiler compartments, "but it is believed the vessel is not much damaged.
