United Press Association — By Electric
Telegraph. — Copyright. OTTAWA, July 22. Sir Wilfrid Laurier received ovations on his arrival at Quebec and Montreal. He declared he did not believe the proposal for a steamer service over the "All Red" route had been abandoned by the British Government. If a check occurred, he would be spurred to a greater exertion, since he was certain the scheme would eventually be accomplished.
