Results are as follows: — Stewards' Handicap— St. Bill 1, Gawain 2, Jolly Friar 3. Won by a length. Time, 1.9. Divs., £5 12s and £1 7s. Miramar Hack Jlandicap — Waikaraka 1, Truthful 2, Tangaroa 3. Won easily. All started except Clem and Grand Circle. Time, lmin. 34 3^ssecs. Divs., £6 5s and £8 9s. Hack Hurdles— rStayboy 1, Waipu 2, Matakokiri 3. All started. Time, 3 mm. 24 3-ssec.
