RAISULI'S PRISONER.
United Press Association — By Electric Telegraph . — Copyright. MOROCCO, July 19. Kaid Sir Harry McLean, whom the brigand' Raisuli is holding for a ransom, is kept a close prisoner. A deep trench has been dugjaround his tent to prevent his escape. The Shereef at Wizan is influencing the tribes to co-operate with the Sultan's troops in surrounding Raisuli.
