, A Papal Syllabus, embodying 65 articles on modernism in faith and the reading of the Scriptures, has been circulated. It decisively condemns all modern ideas, which it calls errors, particularly those concerning the interpretation of tho Gospels and the criticism of the life, works, death and miracles of Christ.
The Syllabus insists on faith in the Church and the Catholic dogmas.
