GUARDING THE DELEGATES.
(Roceivod June 29, 10 a.m.) THE HAGUE, June 28.
A number of Russian detectives proceeded to The Hague to watch suspects who, it was b,ejieved, were likely to attempt to rnurdcr M, Nelidoff and other Russian delegates ; but the Netherlands Government ordered them to return to Russia, declaring that The Hague police would assume responsibility for the safety of the delegates.
(M. Nelidoff is president of the conference, and extra precautions l(ad already been taken to guard his life and those of other delegates.)
