(Mr.Cremer has been in the House since 1895. He sits for the Haggerston Division of Shoreditch. He founded the Amalgamated Society of Joiners, .and was first general secretary of the International Working-men 's Association. For thirty-five years he "has been secretary of the International Arbitration 'League, to which he gave the whole of the £8000 awarded to him, with a gold medal, as the Nobel Peace Prize.)
