CHARGE OF EMBEZZLEMENT.
(Per Press Association.) < DUNEDIN, June 27.
John McMillan, late of the firm of McKechnie & Fleming, building contractors, was to-day committed for trial on a charge of the embezzlement of £1151 18s lOd of partnership funds. Bail was granted, accused in £200 and one surety of a like amount.
