SEQUEL TO CRICK-WILLIS CASE.
CHARGE AGAINST A JUROR. United Press Association — By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. SYDNEY, March 15. The Full Court, in the case against Brown, a juror in the late Crick-Willis case, found that, i 'while Brown has been guilty of gross misconduct, there is no means of getting at him except in the way tho law says we must not, and he will therefore be discharged. The rule of tho Court rpnders us unable to accept the affidavits of the jurors in the matter, because of the danger that might follow if it was decided generally that affidavits of <wh*t occurred int-jury.-^ rooms were to be considered."
(It was allegedvthat jurors talked over the case with outsiders, including offic.ers of the Court, t and that several. of them sat with prejudiced minds.)
