' • A RECENT ROBBERY. St. Petersburg, September 15. It 'is estimated at St. Petersburg" that there have been ten executions' daily since summary court-martial wasestablished. M.' Masurin, leader of the social revolutionaries' lighting organisation, was hanged at Moscow yesterday. He was one of the ringleaders in the bank robbery cabled, oni the 21st March. , and. spent the proceeds, in the purchase of arms and ammunition. Two were court-maetialicd- and shot at Riga for engaging 5n pillage. (In reference to the bank robbery it appears that, after overpowering the 'bank guard?, -the gang placed a large infernal machine in thn aniddle of the building-, threatening-, to' blow it up if the slightest 'attempt were made to raise an alarm.
