('Mrs Mborehouse was a daughter of Canon Sale, Vicar of Sheffield, and, was married in 1861. {Bishop Moorehouse was Bishop of Melbourne, andlater Bishop .of Manchester.) (Per Presa Association.) 1 Gi9iborne,. August 10. Rev. James Patorson, who 'bas ihad charge of the Presbyterian Ohurdh, died suddenly in his 'home to-night from 'heart disease. In the afternoon he retired to bed, feeling a pain and being tired. He seemed to recover in the evening, but became worse later on, and died about 9.30. Witfflnn. about a year <all the local churches have lost their ministers by death, one ('Rev. CKDr Welsh) and his wife dying in Em|gla'nd, where they,, bad gone dfor the sale© of their health^ : • Auckland, August 11. Walter Graham, one of the oldest residents, died last night, aged 70. Ho served during the Maori war.
