The local Amateur Athletic .Association discussed a circular from the INeW Zealand Association on the 'question of points scoring at the ■oh'aimpionship meetings. It was, agreed that the present points should continue, but that the governing' body be urged that not more than-'three competitors from any one province shall, -start in. each event, and provide, so far 'as possible^ that in short distance events the competitors from any One province shall be separated in the' heats.
