NO INTERFERENCE.

Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in reply to Mr Dillon and Mr Paul ' Bylees, the lattor of whom .was "anxious to save the lives of Captain Bull's murderers, stated the officers -when attacked surrendered their guns and refused to five in self-defence. (Opposition cheers.) His encfuiry had elicited that the Court were unanimous with regard to '■the assailants' guilt and the premeditation of their concerted 'action, and declared that the officers behaved with extreme forbearance and self-restraint, although their assailants persisted in attacking them with great brutality. The two judges were of opinion thai a British jury would ' have convicted six of the 'accused of 'murder.
