The Russians burned 2fttniind, ( and tried to fire the wharf at Alexandrovsk, but were diiven off. The Japanese army advancing, the enemy fled. The Japanese successively occupied Alcova, Mugate, Alexandrovsk, and Dore, the Russians showing little resistance.
