A BIG SALE.

Mr Thomas Stone's Woodlands Estate, J 7,800 head of stock, and the plant were sold, Mr C. B. Buxton, of Palmors'ton North, taking 10,000 acres, the balance, with thei homestead being secured by iwo Wanganui investors. The price paid was a considerable advance on that given by Mr Stone two years ago, and the largest salo which, has taken place in the Waikato for some years. Several other large properties are expected io change hands shortly.
