"VT OTICE is hereby give* that at a JL3I special meeting of the above (Board held at Oakura on Monday, May 18, 1903, the following resolution by way of special order was passed : — "That in pursuance and 1 exercise of the powers vested !in it in that behalf by the I Local Bodies Loan Act 1901, the Oalcura Road Board hereby resolves as follows : That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £250 at 4£ per centum authorised to be raised by the Oakura Road Board under the provisions of 1 the Local Bodies Loan Act, 1901, for ' forming and metalling that portion jof the Wairau Road from the main ' South Road to the junction of the !
