Licensing Matters.
Per Press Association.
Napier, June 20. The Licensing Committee heard, an application for a licensee for the Napier Park races. The Rev. Miller stated the Committee had decided to deal with all such applications on the same lines. If they granted this they could not consistently refuse others. It was pointed out^that the Park" Club had drawn up their programme eleven months ago in anticipation that' they would derive the usual revenue from booth privileges. After argument the question was adjourned to the next meeting. , ' , ■■
