A "quantity of sundries and drapery made low rates. Cattle.— At Waiwakaiho on Tuesday there was a larger muster than for some tim£ and good attendance. Bidding was quiet for most lines and prices remained without alteration Weaners made 16/ to 25/, good calves 30/ to 31/, 18 months huifers £2 13/, yearling steers 47/6 to 48/6, 18 to 20 months steers £3, store cows £3 9/6 to £4, fat cows £5 11/, .springing cows £5 2/6 to £7, ewes in lamb 9/6, fat wethers 12/, lambs 5/11. At Warea on Wednesday, I held a clearing sale on account of Mr J. W. Millns. There was a fair attendance, but the cows sold at rather low prices. Cows in calf made £4 15 to £6 10/.
