, INVITATION TO THE PEOPLE. Received June 12, 9.57 a.m. • ■ , ' Belgrade, June 11. Major Angou'vitch headed the conspiracy which was executed before midnight. Queen Draga's brother and sister, the Queen's aide de camp and M. Todarovitch, Minister of the Interior, were - amongst those who were assassinated. M. AvakuniQvitoh, the new Premier, has issued a proclamation announcing that the King arid Queen were shot. friends of their fatherland, in that fateful moment had combined tb form •a new Government and thej r invited the people to assist them to maintain order and security. He alsp announced that the constitution of 1901 woiikt be restored and the nation's representatives would be summoned together on June 15th. M. Kaliovich. will, be Minister of Foreign Affairs in the new Government, and M. Protics Minister of the In* terior. • Crowds have been passing through the streets since 3 o'clock^ in the morning, whispering about the tragedy, but without uttering reproaches. They cheered M. Protics and M. Spies.
