Aftear passing the balance-sheet and discussing minor matters tihe meeting elected the following officers for the ensluing year :— Chairman, Mr S. P. Rickard; secretary and treasSurer (pro tern, Mr S. Hale; vice chairman, W. Crow; auditor, W. J. Little; committee, Messrs Luxton, Cartwright, H. Old, T. Baldt, E.
