The Daily Mail declares that since his accesion, the King has commanded the attendance of his ' Ministers, 128 times and that he advised them wit!) reference to the Colonial" Conference and m any qth er subjects. The' paper adds that the King evidently intends to- exorcise no inconsiderable influence on the Empire's policy. •
