FLAT RACES .-.The winner of any flat race (after r -the declaration of weights, if handicapped under 8.10), to carry 10K>s penalty, and for every additional race 6fts extra ; if handicapped at 8.10 or over, to carry only half of the above penalties. HURDLE RACES,— -The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry lOlbs penalty in the hurdle races ; of two or more hurdle, races 21ft>g penalty. NOMINATIONS, WEIGHTS, AND ACCEPTANCES. Nominations close at the Secretary's Office, Woodville, at 7.30 p.m. on TUESDAY, 10th February, 1903. Weights for all races on first day of Meeting will be declared on or about MONDAY, 16th February, 1903. Acceptances for all races on nrst day of meeting and entrance for Maiden and Scurry,- close with the Secretary at Woodville at 7.30 p.m. on FRIDAY, 20th February, WO3. Weights for all races on second day of meeting will .be. declared about 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the nrst day's races. Acceptances for second day > races close with the Secretary at the Club s Rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. CONDITIONS. 1. Races 4, 6, and 8 on each day are open to all horses. 2 Hack Definition : No horse shall be eligible to start in the hack events which has at the time of nomination won a race of the value of 80 soys, or races of the collective value of 200 soys.
