WHARVES.
While thoroughly agreeing with the remarks made by the previous, chairman as 'to the necessity of widening and strengthening the main wharf the Board has so far been unable to see its way to the necessarily large expenditure involved. During the past year the sum of £910^ 13/1 has been expended in maintenance and new piles.
