Received May 2, 9.52 a.m. St. Petersburg, May 1. — A spuriou« proclamation, which has been distributed broadcast in Southern Russia, directs the peasantry, by order of the Czar, to redivide land, cattle and corn, which the noblts had re-absorbed contrary to Alexander the Second's proclamation. The peasantry on the Duke of Oldenburg's estate attempted to seize fcorbe cattle, and came iato collision with sol diers, who charged .with fixed bayonets. One regiment refused to ooey the command to charge.
