COMPANY. •■ Dunedin, November 13. The annual meeting of the D.I.C was held to-day. The net profit fo the year amounted to £9549, out o which a dividend of 6 per cent., an< a bonus on .shareholders' purchase of 5) per cent, were declared. £- (300 was added to the building sin<& ing fund, bringing it up to £20,000 The dividend and bonus will ,be pay able on November 16th.
