Dreadful Accident on a Warship. -» A BIG GUN BURSTS. United Press Association.— By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. Received November 12i 12.20 a.m. • Athens, November 11.— A big gun burst on tflie battle ship Royal Sovereign at Askatos. One officer an«l six artillerymen were killed, and »i commander and 13 sailors seriously injured. An artilleryman had forgotten, to close the breech. Received November 12, 9 a.m. London, November 11. — A misfirn preceded the accident on tJhe Royal Sovereign, and a smouldering fragment left behind ignited the fresn cartridge prematurely.
