The Trans-Siberian Railway.
CONGRATULATIONS ON ITS < COMPLETION. (Per Press Association.) i St. Petersburg, November 11.— M. de Witte, Minister for Finance, complimenting the Czar upon the completion of the Siberian railway, described it as an historic event. The Czar replied that it was one I of the greatest railway undertakings in the world. London, November 11.— The Turns ; says the railway will be a tremendous factor in Russia's political, military, and economic expansion.
