ORIGINAL POETRY.
WHEN THE WAR, IS OVER.
When the war is over — And you've finished all your "Maffakin," Kindly give a thought For thoso who fought— The lads who kept the flag of England flying. "Wives, mothers, sisters !—! — Don't you hear the brave hearts calling ? Far across the foam They're coming home, The lads who kept the flag of England flying.
Ivan Hilx.
