There is evidence that the crew of the ressel wrecked at Bikar Island subsisted on turtle' and' drank the blood of birds. The island is'barrenand uninhabited. The German authorities at Jaluit sent a steamer and searched every island. At a place named Molotat wreckage of a ship's boat was found.
