The annual meeting of tho Stratford Racing Club was held on Wednesday night. Dr Paget presided. Tho report and balance-sheet were considered satisfactory. Several resolutions were carried. Tho most important was the amendment of rules 23 and 25, whereby the closing of tho club's yoar is altered from September 30th to July 31st, and tho date of tho annual meeting from the first Wednesday in October to the third Wednesday in August.
