I PER PRESB ABSOCIATICN.J Wellington, August 29. — The candlemakers are not satisfied with the reconstructed tariff as far as it applies to candles, and another conference is to be held to consider tho question. A representative of Bell's match factory in Wellington states that the works here and at Caversham will continue operations under the revis2d tariff, but lie thinks it is questionable if the duties are sufficient to ' enable companies to compete with the Belgian matches, large orders for which are out. j
