INCRIMINATING CORRESPONDENCE FOUND. CARDNA ADMITS JUSTICE OF * HIS SENTENCE. Reeeirei Angir»t 29, 6.50 p.m. Loxdox, August 28. — Correspondence : seized at Pretoria shows that at President Kruger's request the Netherlands Railway Company financed Mr Hargrove, one of Dr. Leyds' agents, who was afterwards closely associated with Mr J. W. Saver, ex-Minister of Public Works of tbe Cape Parliament, during Mr Saver's fruitless : pacification mission in the "Woderhouse district, Cape Colony, early in the war, when he warned the burghers of the terrible punishment that was to 03 expected for disloyalty, and the hopelessness of opposing the power of Great Britain, fieceived Angusfc 30. 12 15 a.m. * London, August 29. — Cardna.in a letter to his mother, admitted the justice of his sentence.
