(2) The Society now pays the costs of every mortgage, irrespective of the amount borrowed, and (3) Leaseholds, with provisions v. h sp exist in " perpetual leases" and leases iv perpetuity,-' are now accoptca 'f securities for loans. .^•'Particulars as to the working of the Society -and the conditions on which money can be bonowed may be, obtained from II M.
