He expressed tbe-opinion hat tho general adoption of the volunteersystem would be a guarantee! against tho invasion of the United Kingdom Capetown, December 12.-The Royal Scots dreys have anived at Capetown. Ihe horses uf the regiment are being djed a khiki colour to minimise their chances of being shot.
