London, Dicember 11. — Goeffrey Sullivan, of Queensland, has passed his third examination at Sandhurst with honours. He has been commissioned in the Oxfordshire Regiment, and ordered to South Africa.

London, December 12.— Great Britain, at the instance of belligerents, through ihe Netherlands, haa agreed to furnish lists of killed and wounded, and the state and condition of the Boer prisoners. She expects th« name courtesy to be reciprocated by the Boers.
