Received December 13, 1.50 a.m. Dtjrh in, December 12— General White has sent Q-sneral Buller, by pigeon post, plans of tho Boer position [The position of the investing fore j would bs fouad out by means of military balloons ] Capetown, December 12.— A 100pounder of the enemy was silenced at Colenso. A Boer commando, with six guns, is under the command of German officers, who are inspiring General Sihilk Burger in the conduct of tho Ladysmi'h siege.
