The Tfungoli Yamen has refused the demand, on tho ground tbat no more concessions ein bo granted until the existing ones are fulfilled. Received May 16, 1.30 a.m. London, May 15 -Lord Charles Beresford's book, entitled " The Breaking up .of Chim,' has been published. The writer advocates an " open door policy." Ecceived May 16, 10.20 a.m. London, Muy 15.- It is now stated tbat Italy's dctuaad-i in China aro limited to a simple coaling station at Saymun Bay.
